In this spirit, the purpose of the Socrates Café is not to persuade others to our point of view, but to deepen our understanding of the views of everyone who participates. Please join us at 7:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month for the next Socrates Café and another ninety minutes of philosophical exploration.

This group is for starting a science cafe. A science cafe is a meeting of science enthusiasts to learn about an interesting topic. An expert about the subject will be featured during the meeting with everybody able to ask questions. Usually the science cafe is in a venue with food and drinks.
